As an independent production studio, we understand that an indie film makers have many needs, most of which cost money. Due to necessity, we've created our own forms and found inexpensive online resources for various technical and creative aspects of film making. We've created this page to share these things with you.
Free production forms
Feel free to download and use the forms below. Of course, Chapter 2 Studios is not responsible for your use of these forms or any damages that result from use of them in any way, including but not limited to: printing them and then making paper airplanes out of them and subsequently poking yourself in the eye.

- Independent Contractor Payment Contract - This contract can help define your financial agreement when hiring various ICs and talent for independent films
- Non-Exclusive License - If you need, in writing, to allow your clients use of the work you've created for them
- Client Approval - After you've finished a commercial video project, it's a good idea to get something like this signed
